President Obama has Congressional support to arm and train Syrian rebels in the fight against Islamic State Terrorists … but what happens next?  Any moment we should start hearing that U.S. airstrikes are hitting ISIS targets in Syria, but the key issue remains … will U.S. troops be on the ground in combat roles.  The White House continues to insist that will not happen, but so far, I still don’t see a unified Arab force to help in … anything.  Another issue … have we just voted to give more weapons to our enemies?
